How to merge large PDFs with no size limit

Most free merge tools cap you at a file size: 25 MB, 50 MB, or a page count. If your PDFs are large scans or photo-heavy reports, you hit that cap and are asked to pay. This tool has no such cap: you can merge files up to 100 MB combined, and the only real limit is your device.

Drop your PDFs, arrange them, and press Merge. The tool reads each file and copies the pages in order, all in your browser. Because nothing is uploaded to a server, there is no server to tell you "too large". A very large file takes longer to process, especially on a phone, but it processes. There is no daily limit: you can merge as often as you like.

If the merged file is too large to email or upload, run it through the Compress PDF tool afterwards and pick a target size. That gives you the best of both worlds: merge without a limit, then shrink toward a target size when you need to.

How to use this tool

  1. 1Drop your PDF files onto the page (up to 100 MB combined).
  2. 2Arrange them in the order you want them merged.
  3. 3Press Merge PDF and download the single combined file.

Frequently asked questions

What is the maximum file size?

Up to 100 MB combined per merge. There is no per-file size limit beyond that total.

Do large files take a long time?

Yes, especially on a phone. Processing happens on your device, so a 100 MB file takes longer than a 5 MB one. The page shows progress.

Is it free?

Yes, free with no daily limit. No account, no sign-up.
